POLICY
The management is committed to:

1. Monitoring, developing and improving the Integrated Management System (IMS) to meet recognised standards in the area of quality, health, safety and environment.
2. Continually improving the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System.
3. Ensuring the Health and Safety of all employees, contractors, neighbours and other persons who may be affected by KEE’s activities.
4. Controlling its use of energy and emissions to air, water and land.
5. Controlling waste produced and where practicable, reducing, recycling or reusing waste.
6. Educating mobile engineers and others who drive on company business on best driving practices and keeping vehicles well maintained to minimise unnecessary pollution.
7. Ensuring the availability of resources.
8. Complying with all relevant legislation, regulations and other requirements.
9. Ensuring that customer needs and expectations are determined with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding their expectations.
10. Ensuring the effective management of risk during design, construction, operation and maintenance of business facilities.
11. Communicating throughout the Organisation the importance of meeting customer needs and legal requirements.
12. Providing defect free goods and services to its customers on time and within budget.

The Company will, in respect of all relevant health and safety, environmental and quality matters (collectively ‘the IMS issues’):

1. Implement standards which comply fully with the requirements of relevant statutory and regulatory provisions, including approved codes of practice.
2. Encourage all employees to take personal responsibility, consulting and providing training as required, so that the IMS issues become embedded within the day to day activities of each employee.
3. Minimise damage to the Environment and Nuisance to the Community.
4. Implement and subsequently monitor this IMS Policy.

This policy will be reviewed and amended as appropriate, on an on-going basis. It will be communicated to all employees and made available to all visitors and the public and on request to suppliers, subcontractors and customers.
