As part of its ‘Managed’ contracts, KEE Services provides a comprehensive emergency call out facility to enable its customers to seek valued support at the very times of need.

The structure of the Managed contract allows the KEE appointed Contract Manager to supervise all routine visits, together with any emergency call out requirements, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Once the ‘Managed’ contact is set up, this comprehensive facility is easy for the customer to use if, for example, they have a problem with a pumping station causing backing up of the drainage.

Generally, during normal working hours (0800-1700 Monday to Friday) customers are able to call the KEE appointed Contract Manager. For out-of-hours periods, such as evening times, weekends and bank holidays, the customer is able to call the special KEE emergency free phone number. This will be answered by a dedicated person who will direct the enquiry to the appropriate team of engineers on call.

KEE Managed Contracts

Due to the very nature and, at times, complex nature of the varied range of treatment technologies and systems, the need to manage effectively a large number of UK treatment plants or pumping stations is paramount. 

As part of the tailored service packages offered by KEE Services, the need to provide the customer with a cost-effective, reliable and professional service is highly important. 

The structure of the Managed contract allows the KEE appointed Contract Manager to be a ‘One Point of Contact’ at all times. As part of this role he will supervise all routine visits, together with any emergency call-out requirements 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Typically, after discussing the specific requirements and responsibilities with its customers, KEE Managed contracts include the following key elements:

• Routine planned preventative management, service and maintenance of sewage treatment plants and pumping stations.
• Formal reporting to the customer.
• Free phone - Dedicated 24-hour emergency call out centre.
• 24-hour emergency call out - 365 days a year.
• ‘On-Site’ testing of effluent (as part of each routine visit).
• Independent laboratory testing of effluent (carried out annually and in conjunction with the ‘On Site’ testing).
• 'In House' technical site support and process design.
• Site surveys/assessment.
• Plant upgrades and remedial works.
• Full ‘Turn Key’ management of treatment plant and installation works.
• Desludge and tanker operations (routine and emergency).
• Liaison with the Environment Agency where necessary.
• Provision of a Log Book for each property with a treatment plant or pumping station.
